River Rocks

'River Rocks' was an intuitive piece to create.  I just let my mind relax and let my hands do the creating.  Random marks were made by various tools and slowly the composition took shape.  I love how free this painting made me feel.  This is a 12x12 inch artwork done on 1.5 inch thick canvas that can be hung as is or popped into a floater frame available at any framing shop. This one in particular has lots of expressive texture that reveals subtle color changes and layers. I used many different mark-making tools, such as pastels, pencil and ink. Mostly used acrylic paint. It can be hung in any direction.

This will be shipped in a padded box or hard envelope, sometimes with recycled materials. This purchase is for the artwork only, does not include a frame. Each original will come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity as well.

**Please keep in mind that all computer monitors can display colors differently, but these photos were taken in daylight to offer the best representation of color.
